It all began in March 2017 with two passionate baristas who shared a vision of spreading their love for third-wave coffee through education. Rather than diving straight into opening a coffee shop, they kicked off by setting up a pop-up coffee stand at Centrio Ayala Mall and then delved into event ventures. Given the limited availability of coffee catering services, they dedicated themselves to attracting clients. This is why they chose to name their business Bowerbird Coffee, inspired by the creativity and passion of the Australian bird
Their pop-up stand quickly became a local favorite, renowned for its meticulously crafted brews and the warm, inviting atmosphere the duo cultivated. Each cup of coffee served was a testament to their dedication to quality and their deep understanding of the complex flavors that third-wave coffee had to offer.
